The site has also been flagged here, so you can put it in your block list or avoid it altogether until clarification emerges with regards whether or not the site is genuine. It's interesting to note that if you visit the site in the latest version of Firefox, you'll see this:

...so it looks like word has gotten around about it, at least. Of course, something I've touched on previously is that we simply don't know enough about what Chinese sites are legit and which ones are scams. It's entirely possible that this site could in fact be a legitimate partner site of Skype or something along those lines. I guess we'll know for sure if / when the site is pulled altogether...
